Working Party – Sunday 2nd March 2008

· Move club trolleys off balcony
· Bail out club boats and put on trolleys
· Rig club boats (if OK by boatswains)
· Sweep clean club house floors
· Clear and tidy changing rooms & toilets
· Clean toilets & basins
· Move bench tables onto balcony
· Put out lifebuoys
· Move tables and chairs from back room to main room
· Replace cushions in lounge area
· Unpack kitchen utensils and crockery. Store in kitchen cabinets.
Wash, clean & tidy kitchen as much as possible. Clean sinks & cookers
· Re-place all water and plumbing fittings & turn water on. Check for leaks. (GB/DHly)
· Re-commission water heaters (Cherridale)
· Re-commission bar & wash glasses (see VE)
· Put flags & instructions back in OOD hut
· Put buoys & outboards back under OOD hut
· Reconnect hose reel and hose pipe
· Tidy Dinghy Park (mow dinghy park if conditions suitable)
· Collect tyres etc from adjacent fields
· Clear flood debris and clear out ditches
· Clean slipway (jet wash?)
· Sweep jetty (best swept when dry)
· Clear dead nettles, brambles & scrub around site. Cut/strim grass behind caravans
· Fill caravan fire water containers and check fire hoses and buckets
· Burn up driftwood and cuttings on bonfire
· Re-commission ride-on mower
· Check diesel, gas & petrol levels
